Personal Service Starts With the People Behind It
Our Next Sale has family at its heart. The business began more than 40 years ago, and Koreen grew up helping her uncle set up and work estate sales. When he decided it was time to move north and step away from the business, Koreen and Earl made the decision to carry on what had become a family tradition.
Since then, they’ve expanded Our Next Sale to include cleanout services, combining Earl’s passion for helping people with Koreen’s experience working with seniors and families navigating the loss of a loved one. They understand that these transitions are about much more than belongings — they’re about people, memories and moving forward.
And it truly is a family business. Koreen’s mother, Judy — affectionately known as the “mother of the business” — was an important part of Our Next Sale for years, helping with pricing and working sales alongside the family. Her philosophy still says a lot about how the family approaches every sale: “How would you feel if this was your mother’s stuff?”
That perspective guides everything they do: treating every family with compassion, every home with respect and every sale as if it were their own.

Judy’s Legacy Lives On
Judy wasn’t simply part of Our Next Sale — she was the heart of it.
Known lovingly as the “mother of the business,” Judy brought something to every sale that couldn’t be taught. She helped with pricing, worked alongside the family on sale days and had a way of connecting with customers that kept people coming back just to see her.
She was compassionate, honest and never afraid to stand her ground when it came to protecting the value of a family’s belongings. Her philosophy was simple:
“How would you feel if this was your mother’s stuff?”
Those words became more than something Judy said. They became part of the way Our Next Sale does business.
Although Judy is no longer here to work the sales alongside Koreen and Earl, the lessons she taught them remain at the heart of every home they enter and every family they serve — treat people with kindness, treat their belongings with respect, and remember that behind every possession is a story.
Her heart is still part of every sale.
